Sometimes it takes a lot of taste-testing. But, this is not a bad thing. This way you get to sample a plethora of coffee specialty drinks and see which ones you'll purchase of concoct again. I can't even imagine how many different flavors of syrup are out there now days. I have tasted nearly all of them. Well, with the exception of lemon and a few other bizarre fruit flavors that I feel would clash with espresso.

They will not only smell magnificent, but the flavor of my brew will be outstanding since they're so fresh. However, in about two weeks these coffee beans will start to get old. That is, unless, I vacuum seal them somehow, such as brands like Millstone do. You can commonly spot their coffee in basically any grocery store. If the beans are vacuum sealed, you can count on them staying fresh for at least another three months or so. That's pretty awesome. But, once they're opened, consider how long they'll taste great and when they'll start to taste old.

She claimed that the Starbuck's chain orders the cheapest coffee beans around. You know, the whole make-many make-large concept. It commonly involves cheap products. So, maybe you want to take a second look at that Starbuck's blend next time, before you fork out another four or five bucks. Is this java really worth your hard-earned cash?

Remember to treat your coffee beans well once you get them home. Keep them in a seal package away from sunlight. They should stay fresh for week, but after that the flavors will start to fade a bit. I have heard you can store coffee beans in the freezer for a few weeks if you want to, but I honestly can’t tell you what that might do to the taste, as I have never tried it. You may even try the refrigerator, as it is a cool and rather dry place, which is what is recommended. If you find that you have to store your beans time and time again, you may just be buying too much at once.

Interesting information on making coffee. I and two other parishioners went to the supplier. They had several industrial size coffee makers to choose from. We explained that we need the pots for smaller gatherings of thirty to sixty people as well as large gatherings of over one hundred. We wanted the best coffee makers for both gatherings.
